The compliance with API Recommended Practice can be easily shown through the tests that USE had performed.

This allows HDPE pipe to last longer than alternative metallic pipe materials without the need for coatings, corrosion prevention treatments and constant repairs. HDPE pipe is inherently resistant to chemical attack and corrosion, which eliminates the risk leakage. The interior of HDPE pipe is smooth which reduces oil and gas ability to build up on the pipe surface over time.

For some clients which have restrictions on decreasing the pipe ID which cause difference in pressure, Internal coating will be a perfect solution.

RTP pipe is a non-bonded flexible continuous composite pipe and the pipe body is composed of lining layer, reinforcement layer and outer protective layer. • The inner lining transmission layer and outer protective layer are usually extruded by polymer materials. The reinforcement layer is usually made of high strength fibers interlaced because the layers are independent.
