Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe

RTP pipe is a non-bonded flexible continuous composite pipe and the pipe body is composed of lining layer, reinforcement layer and outer protective layer.

The inner lining transmission layer and outer protective layer are usually extruded by polymer materials. The reinforcement layer is usually made of high strength fibers interlaced because the layers are independent.

  • Lining layer : mechanical or physical properties, heat resistance, transmission medium permeability, transmission medium compatibility.

  • Reinforcement layer : short-term/long-term bearing capacity, temperature bearing capacity.

  • Outer protective layer : ability to withstand installation load and service environment (such as Ultra Violet, abrasion etc.)
